Superbly equipped kitchen with garden views, rustic-tiled, spacious storage, electric cooker/hob, family size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. Glazed French doors to rear split level landscaped patio area and garden. Adjoining open plan sitting room.
Downstairs Loo/Utility Room: Washing machine, separate drier, ironing board and iron.

The ground floor is all on one level with a comfortable downstairs twin bedroom.
Outside
Enclosed rear garden. Landscaped patio area is a sun trap and wraps around the rear of the property, four steps to top level of rear garden which is laid to lawn and has sea views. The quiet rear garden is enclosed with outdoor table and chairs, clothesline.
Parking
Off road car parking for 3 cars.
Notes on accommodation
This comfortable house was designed to create a feeling of relaxation and space. Quality beds and bedlinen and sea air make for a restful stay.
There is a good selection of books for adults and children in the house, including books on the area, a child-friendly doll's house and a toy-box. It is a wonderful house to enjoy for families, couples and friends.
You can walk the Jurassic coast literally from the doorstep. Beautiful beaches, the unique history, countryside and coastline of the Purbecks make this a very special base for your holiday.
